Features of FCL elastic coupling: good vibration absorption, which can make the movement of the driving shaft smoothly transmitted to the passive shaft. There is no axial thrust in the transmission. It is convenient for disassembly and assembly. As long as the coupling bolts are removed, the connection between the active and passive can be separated. If the relative displacement of two shafts can be kept within the specified range after installation and adjustment, the coupling will have satisfactory service performance and long service life. Therefore, it can be widely used in various medium and small power drive shafting driven by motor with small load, such as reducer, gearbox, pump, printing and dyeing machine, winch, crane, compressor, conveyor, textile machine, winch, ball mill, etc.

The structure of FCL elastic sleeve pin coupling is relatively simple, belonging to the category of elastic coupling. It is easy to manufacture, does not need lubrication, does not need to bond with metal vulcanization, is convenient to replace the elastic sleeve, does not need to move the half coupling, and has a certain degree of compensation for the relative deviation of the two shafts and damping and buffering performance. The elastic sleeve is subject to compression deformation. Due to the thin thickness, small volume and limited elastic deformation of the elastic sleeve, the elastic sleeve pin coupling can compensate the axial displacement and elasticity, but the allowable compensation amount for axial displacement is small and the elasticity is weak. The elastic sleeve pin coupling relies on the locking force of the pin group to generate the friction torque on the contact surface and compress the rubber elastic sleeve to transmit the torque. It is suitable for medium and small power shafting transmission with good rigidity of mounting base, high alignment accuracy, low impact load and low requirements for vibration reduction.
