Short Description:

1、 The FCL type elastic sleeve pin coupling relies on the locking force of the pin group to generate friction torque on the contact surface, and compresses the rubber elastic sleeve to transmit torque. Suitable for small and medium-sized power shafting transmission with good mounting base rigidity, high alignment accuracy, low impact load, and low vibration reduction requirements.

2、 The elastic sleeve works under compression deformation. Due to its thin thickness, small volume, and limited elastic deformation, the elastic sleeve pin coupling can compensate for axis displacement and elasticity, but the allowable amount of compensation for axis displacement is small and the elasticity is weak.

3、 The FCL type elastic sleeve pin coupling has a relatively simple structure, does not require lubrication, and does not need to be vulcanized and bonded to metal. It is convenient to replace the elastic sleeve, and does not need to move the half coupling. It has the performance of compensating for the relative displacement of two shafts and reducing vibration and cushioning.

FCL coupling elastic rubber pin is the fastening bolt of the coupling, which is composed of rubber sleeve and bolt, nut, flat washer, and spring washer. The bolt material is 45 # steel, which is quenched at high temperature and forged. The surface treatment of the bolt: phosphating, colored zinc, to prevent rust. The screw is smooth and burr free.

Purpose: It is used for buffering and shock absorption in terms of machinery and pipe fittings.


Polyurethane elastomer is a new type of polymer synthetic material between rubber and plastic. It has both the high strength of plastic and the high elasticity of rubber.
Its characteristics are:
1. Wide hardness range. It still has the elongation and resilience of rubber under high hardness. The hardness range of polyurethane elastomer is Shore A10-D80.
2. High strength. Under the hardness of rubber, their tensile strength, tear strength and bearing capacity are much higher than those of general rubber. Under high hardness, its impact strength and bending strength are much higher than those of plastics.
3. Wear resistant. Its abrasion resistance is very outstanding, generally within the range of 0.01-0.10 (cm3)/1.61km, which is about 3-5 times of that of rubber.
4. Oil resistant. Polyurethane elastomer is a kind of strong polar polymer compound, which has little affinity with non-polar mineral oil and is almost not corroded in fuel oil and machine oil.
5. Good resistance to oxygen and ozone.
6. It has excellent vibration absorption performance and can be used as a shock absorber and buffer. Replace rubber and spring in mold manufacturing.
7. It has good low-temperature performance.
8. Radiation resistance. Polyurethane has good resistance to high-energy radiation, and it still has satisfactory performance under 10-10 g radiation dose.
9. It has good machining performance. (Turning, milling, grinding and drilling are all acceptable)
